The Romanian lady was 66 years old when she delivered her daughter as a single mother in 2005. She could not conceive naturally, so she undervent repeated IVF therapies for 9 years. She expected triplets, but one of the babies died in the womb, one of them was born dead, so only one daughter survived. Eliza was also born prematurely, but her mother could take her home from the hospital. The mother assigned the doctor who performed the IVD procedure as the little girl’s future guardian after her death.
