Poland as a hypermarket for terrorists.

Poland as a hypermarket for terrorists.

In January 1997, chemical weapon in the form of approx. 5 kg of sulfur mustard were lost from the military unit in Rozewie. Despite the fact that the prosecutor’s office and the government have been informed about the above fact many times, to date no proceedings have been initiated into the case of the disappearance of weapons of mass destruction prohibited by international law.

Already in 2006, Zbigniew Ziobro, the then Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, was informed about the disappearance of mustard gas and the inactivity of the prosecutor’s office subordinate to him.

Karol Piernicki, a former soldier and witness of those events, being aware of the threat resulting from the loss of chemical weapons by the Polish Army, demanded that law enforcement agencies and the General Prosecutor Zbigniew Ziobro initiate proceedings to determine the fate of the lost chemical weapons and those responsible for its loss.

A trial was faked against Piernicki, which ended in compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital. Interestingly, the prosecutor’s office and the court never commented on the evidence presented by him (e.g. documents, testimonies of witnesses).

And yet the disappearance of chemical weapons from the military unit in Rozewie was previously established in the course of the proceedings conducted at that time in the case of a crime under Art. 164 & 1 of the Penal Code in connection with Art. 163 & 1 point 3 of the Penal Code, which surprisingly ended with the discontinuation, despite the detection of the crime, and, moreover, with the inclusion of many information even contradicting common sense, e.g. the duty officer of a military unit did not know about delivering chemical weapons to the unit or performing activities with chemical weapons recorded in the log of combat operations on the day of service (a report that he himself prepared).

The inactivity of the government and the prosecutor’s office reflect the strong will not to identify those responsible for the disappearance of chemical weapons from the military unit in Rozewie. The current General Prosecutor, Zbigniew Ziobro, while performing the same function in 2007, showed his full commitment to ensuring that there was no evidence that he had knowledge about the creation of illegal chemical weapons warehouses by the military without the knowledge of the OPCW.

Two years later, one of them caused chemical contamination, probably significant, since almost 100 soldiers from four different military units were involved, and the case was dealt with by General Ryszard Frydrych, head of the Defense Forces Against Weapons of Mass Destruction.

(In August 2009, three scrap collectors found a barrel containing about 100 liters of sulfur mustard in Borne Sulinowo. Men with severe burns and wounds were hospitalized.)

The production, collection and trade in weapons of mass destruction is a crime (Article 121 of the Penal Code), and Poland has not reported to the OPCW that it has chemical weapons (Ministry of National Defense interpellation no. 22507).

Chemical weapons contamination in the vicinity of military units.

In Gdynia Oksywie, professor Bełdowski detected contamination with chemical weapons. There are several military units in this area.

The Ministry of National Defense and the prosecutor’s office have that information since at least 2017, when the case was transferred to the Military Department of the Prosecutor’s Office from the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where the Prosecutor General, Zbigniew Ziobro, again acted to avoid finding the guilty ones.

Is it a coincidence that there are military units in the vicinity of the detected contamination?

What is the relationship between the location of military units and the contamination with chemical weapons detected in their vicinity?

Is the Polish Army burying chemical weapons recovered from the Baltic Sea?

Why does the government allow it?

Poland’s inaction is a threat to foreign business

The above poses a threat to American investments in Poland.

The Tri-City is the center of American business in Pomerania, Poland, which may suffer large losses in investing. In addition, there are possible casualties among American citizens.

The family of candidate for US Secretary of State Antony Blinken owns the Gemini pharmacy chain. The family business of US Secretary of State candidate Antony Blinken is worth billions.

Gemini pharmacies are located next to areas contaminated with chemical weapons.

It is in Gdynia Oksywie that there is an illegal chemical weapons depot. The Polish Army buried there chemical weapons fished out from the Baltic Sea with the full knowledge and consent of the government.

Does President Biden intend to waste their future, and even their health and life??

Cancellation of President Donald Trump’s visit to Poland

President Donald Trump planned a visit to Poland in September 2019.

In July and August 2019 he was informed about the disappearance of chemical weapons and the inactivity of the Polish government.

Subsequently, Donald Trump canceled his visit to Poland.

He was supposed to be in Poland and did not come when he found out about Polish chemical weapons.

What was the real reason for canceling the planned visit to Poland?

The silent consent of President Andrzej Duda

President Andrzej Duda is the head of the Polish Army. In May 2019, President Andrzej Duda received information along with documents about the disappearance of chemical weapons from a military unit and the inaction of the government.

What did President Andrzej Duda do with this information?

He did nothing.

He made a beautiful speech at the United Nations, saying that the use of chemical weapons cannot remain unanswered. Of course, he did not mention that the Polish government violates the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and does not report to the OPCW that Poland has chemical weapons, and he gives full consent to it. What a hypocrisy.

President Donald Trump’s inactivity

President Donald Trump gives Poland a tacit consent to violate the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the goals and values of the United Nations Charter.

President Donald Trump is aware of the threat and nevertheless endangers the safety of American citizens in Europe. He also jeopardizes the good of American business in Europe.

The free movement of people and goods in the EU allows to send sulfur mustard outside Poland and then use it anywhere in the EU. Chemical weapons are one of the types of weapons of mass destruction, and therefore serve only one, for the mass destruction of human force.

Small benefits in exchange for tacit consent

President Donald Trump first meets and then gives his support to the president and then presidential candidate Andrzej Duda.

Both of them already know about the disappearance of sulfur mustard from the military unit in Rozewie.

In return for inactivity, President Donald Trump receives small benefits from the stationing of American soldiers in Poland.

Putting the welfare of the general public and the interests of the United States at risk in Europe in return for little benefit reflects well the pettiness and hierarchy of goods and values in President Donald Trump’s value system.

Poland as a European Iran

Iraq heard allegations of possession of weapons of mass destruction and supporting terrorism prior to the 2003 military invasion.

The same accusation is made against Iran.

How to name Poland’s conduct with chemical weapons? Isn’t making chemical weapons available and losing control over them an aid in the attempt to use weapons of mass destruction prohibited by international law with the possible intention?

Poland has become a hypermarket for terrorists. The Polish government makes chemical weapons available to third parties, while completely losing control over their possible use.

The inaction of the General Prosecutor Zbigniew Ziobro and the prosecutor’s office subordinate to him enables the Russian intelligence services to carry out destabilization actions in Poland.

Several hundred false chemical alarms have been triggered in Poland recently.

Are there people who illegally obtained from the Polish Army chemical weapons fished out from the Baltic Sea behind false alarms??

Will chemical weapons be used in the EU, which in strange circumstances disappeared from the military unit in Rozewie?

Time to choose President Biden: good for citizens or support for European Iran?

What will be the reaction of newly elected US President Joe Biden? Will he take appropriate steps to ensure the security of American interests and citizens in Europe? What will be his responsibility if he fails to act? Will President Joe Biden be guided by certain values, the safety of American citizens and the good interest of American business in Poland and Europe? Or maybe, as in the case of Donald Trump, minor benefits for a narrow group of interests linked to Donald Trump will be more important. Time will tell.
